Meetings & Lectures
In addition to the Bed & Breakfast rooms there is a large cafeteria / leisure space. The space can be equipped for meetings or lectures up to 30 people. Obviously there is access to wireless internet.
Booking
The meeting room can be booked per day part:
Morning: 9:00 am to 1:00 pm
Afternoon: 1.00 pm to 5.00 pm
Evening: 7:00 pm to 11:00 pm
Per day part we charge a rent of €47.50
Naturally coffee/thee and possibly some snacks will be provided but lunch can also be arranged. The following consumptions are possible:
Thermos of coffee (1.5 ltr) € 17.50
Thermos of tea (1.5 ltr) € 17.50
Biscuits € 1.20 per person
Pastries € 2.50 per person
Lunch
Basic lunch will be ham sandwich, cheese sandwich, currant bun, fruit, milk/buttermilk € 8,50 per person
possibly supplemented with:
croquette sandwich € 3.50 per person
cup of soup € 3.00 per person
bowl of salad € 2.00 per person
